You have just got a job in the Ministry for Energy as a junior policy advisor. Your boss has asked you to draft some initial ideas for an outline strategy (White Paper) for reaching Net Zero by 2050 for the Minister of State for Energy, Clean Growth and Climate Change. (NB. A White Paper is the first draft of a government plan that will become law).  Your boss wants this initial draft in the next 30 minutes as they have a meeting with the minister, so you’ll have to get your skates on!
